Contacting us
When you contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone or the contact form, we process your details (e.g. name, phone number, email address, desired treatment and appointment) solely to answer your enquiry and schedule your appointment. The contact form opens your own email program; no form data is stored on the website itself.
Health information
Safe laser hair removal may require information about your health (e.g. contraindications). We use this sensitive data only for your treatment, keep it confidential and do not pass it on to third parties.
Appointments are booked via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of Meta). When you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies. Data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland, e.g. the USA.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type are processed to display the website securely and reliably.
Google Fonts and Google Maps
We use Google Fonts to display fonts, and the contact page includes a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Our website contains links to Instagram and to our Google profile. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link.
